$15k for 15: Help Us Fund the Next Class

This Giving Tuesday, we are asking for your help. Our goal is to raise $15,000 by the end of the year to expand Compass programming and bring on 15 more rural scholars. Every gift, no matter the size, directly funds mentorship, community-building, and the kind of support that can change a life. If you have ever benefited from a mentor, a nudge of encouragement, or a community that believed in you, this is your chance to pass it on.
Compass was built to make that kind of belief tangible. We work alongside students in small towns who are navigating big questions:
How do I get to college? Can I even afford it? What comes next?
We meet them there with workshops, mentorship, and a curriculum built for first-generation students in rural places. Since our launch, we have supported 24 scholars across three communities and built a model designed to grow with the needs of each place we serve.
We have seen the difference this makes. In Farmington, Karla earned a full ride to the University of Arkansas. In Kimball, students are launching clubs, taking initiative, and lifting up the people around them. What we are building is more than a program. It is a community. With your support, it will keep growing.
We are not just raising funds. We are raising expectations for what rural education can look like. We are creating a space where students feel seen, where families feel hopeful, and where communities feel invested in their own future. That kind of change is quiet at first. It starts in a conversation, a classroom, a single student who begins to believe that more is possible. Over time, it grows, and, with your support, it will grow even faster.
