Our workshops equip first-generation students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate post-secondary life—with clarity and purpose.
College, trade school, or the workforce—no matter the path, our students need tools to make informed choices. Compass workshops are designed to demystify post-secondary planning, build practical skills, and help students take ownership of their future.
We work directly with high schools to deliver programming that covers everything from financial aid and applications to personal development and real-world readiness. Students walk away with stronger communication skills, clearer goals, and the confidence to pursue them.
But we don’t stop at information. Our resources are created with rural, first-generation students in mind—meeting them where they are, with guidance that feels relevant, relatable, and real. Because preparation isn’t just about what you know—it’s about knowing you belong.
