These students face unique barriers—limited access to mentorship, resources, and post-secondary guidance. Compass exists to break down those barriers and ensure talent isn’t dictated by geography.

By pairing students with mentors, delivering targeted post-secondary preparation, and engaging families and schools, Compass sets students up for success beyond high school.
